Request account deletion
You do not need the app to ask us to delete your account. Submit the email address tied to your My Bette account and our team will process the request.
What gets deleted
- Your login and profile (name, email, password)
- Goals, allergies, dietary restrictions, and health conditions you saved
- Meal plans, nutrition plans, and weekly check-ins
- Food scans, calorie logs, and scan photos
- Support and condition chat messages
